2003 Update

Plans for new waterfront development are breathtaking!
    Proposals include:
  • a streetcar line across the breadth of the waterfront
  • a gradual dismantling of the Gardiner Expressway to reconnect the city and the waterfront
  • turning Union Station into a major hub for travellers including a rail link to the airport
  • creating a "greenway" from the Etobicoke to Scarborough
  • restoring the mouth of the Don River reestablishing wetlands and widening the beach and parkland spaces

But there's no need to wait, The Harbourfront already offers an array of year-round cultural activities and entertainment. Lake Ontario's waterfront trail, which is so popular with cyclists, walkers, and rollerbladers, runs right past the front door of the Queen Quay condominiums. Nearby attractions in the extended neighborhood include SkyDome (baseball), Air Canada Center (NBA & NHL), CN Tower, Roy Thompson Hall (performing Arts), the Theatre District, and Exhibition Place.

The area is alive with restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, theatres, and shops, and is just a short walk from the city's vibrant financial district. The condo residence can enjoy panoramic lake views and watch sailboats from the Royal Canadian, National, and Island Yacht Clubs cruise the inner harbour.

The waterfront has several condominiums with prices ranging from $175,000 to a $2,000,000. Listed below are the prime examples from the full price range . Please be aware that availability is constantly changing.
